As a voluntary organisation, we rely on a dedicated team of expert volunteers in Sri Lanka and Australia to carrying out our work. If you are an educator with an interest in literacy and would like to find out more about how you can make a contribution please contact us. 

We especially encourage Sri Lankan English teachers to join us. If  you have been trained in and are using the evidence-based literacy instruction methods that we advocate in your classrooms, you can be part of the transformation of English language learning and teaching in Sri Lanka.
