At the end of 2014, Al-Madina grade 5 students sat for an English exam to decide if they would be admitted to English medium classes in their new schools in Grade 6 in 2015. Out of 15 students, a record 7 students have been admitted to English medium from Grade 6. This is Al-Madina’s best ever result and is due to the encouragement and efforts of the Principal, Mr Lafir, and his outstanding team of teachers. They in turn have worked hard to show parents the benefits of English. The English program at Al-Madina is strongly supported by parents.
